There is Truth,
there is Wisdom.

There is Rock,
there is Soul.

Study the wisdom
of Confucius and Zen,
then back to Bob Seger
and Rock again.

If life is just a highway
and the soul just a car
without your heart as its driver it won't get you very far.

For what a fool believes,
your neighbor perceives.
It's what your heart knows,
what your action shows.

There is Truth,
there is Wisdom

There is Rock,
there is Soul.

To love wisdom
and feel it in our soul,
To live by the truth
of old time Rock and Roll.

Sharing the highway together,
knowing where to start
our soul is truly driven,
by the music of our heart.
