Truth is Water

inspired by the teachings of Lao Tzu
as seen through the eyes of Questy

Water covers our planet, it is found everywhere,
It is plentiful, yet scarce.
Too little water causes crops to wither and die.
Water applied with great force causes crops to wash away.

In owning the land, a source of value, a force of nature....
A property which borders a lake or stream is valued more than one that is not.
A property which borders an ocean brings an even greater material premium.

While it is man who claims to own the land,
Ultimately it is the water, as a force of nature,
which will always claim the land.

As an element of life, water is truth, truth is water ...
When mixed with other elements it appears muddy,
In its purest form it is transparent,
its essence invisible, its power immeasurable.
